Get to know Olivia Energy Solutions
Olivia Energy Solutions (“OLIVIA”) started operations in 2009 and the company has since been involved in the solar industry. The company’s head office is in Bloemfontein and solar solutions are offered throughout Southern Africa.
OLIVIA has a strong emphasis on rural communities and hundreds of farmers have made use of the company’s services to become independent of the Eskom network. OLIVIA is proudly part of the OVK group and this gives its clients the added peace of mind of long-term backup and support.
Solar Solutions
The following solar solutions are being offered- Residential solar power for houses in rural and municipal areas;
- Solar power for commercial applications such as office blocks, factories and shopping malls;
- Solar power for educational institutions such as schools and universities;
- Solar power for farms;
- Solar borehole pumps and booster pumps and
- Solar water heating.
Work in Progress
All components are integrated and tested in our workshop to ensure efficient installation on-site.
The solar industry is a highly dynamic environment and it is important to stay abreast of new developments. The team at OLIVIA has for the past few years been led by its Managing Director Philip Olivier (PhD in Solar Power) and Technical Director Eduan de Necker (Electrical Engineer), ensuring that the company stays on the cutting edge of new technology.
